I know the annual fee on this card is high, but the 150,000 points are so valuable, I believe it's worth it.
Think of it this way, you could actually cash out 79,500 points to cover the fee and still come ahead 70,500 points + all the perks! I wouldn't do this because the points are so valuable, but this just helps understand the minimum value of this points

This is one of the best Beginner Cards. This is because Chase has some great transfer partners and you can get some great value out of them and this card has a very attractive annual fee of $95.
Chase has changed the value you get in-portal for the points, but transferring out will still get you great value
