This is one of the best Beginner Cards. This is because Chase has some great transfer partners and you can get some great value out of them and this card has a very attractive annual fee of $95.
Chase has changed the value you get in-portal for the points, but transferring out will still get you great value
This is my favorite offer on this card! But, I'd only recommend it if you have a plan. This is because the 5 Free Nights are given in the form of five 50,000 Point certificates that expire in a year.
It's important to recognize you can only use these on hotels up to 50,000 Points (if you do have Marriott points, you can top off with up to 15,000 points per night). So, you CANNOT use these for any rooms over 45,000 points/ night.
This card is great for those who want a simple, high-earning card.
This card is favored by many because of the 18 different transfer partners Capital One has AND the 2x points earned on every purchase
This card has been a fan favorite as a premium credit card because of it's simplicity and low price
Annual Fee: $395, but this comes with lounge access and you earn 2x points on everything!
This offer can be valuable in the right circumstances. This card has recently drastically increased their annual fee. However, this Welcome Offer could be worth it if you are going to use the $500 in-portal credit as well as the $300 credit.
The additional benefits sound great, however, many are not items everyone is going to use anyway and are dolled out in small, monthly credits, making them harder to use
